He sits on a federal My Health Record committee as well, with a hope that MHR will help surgeons ultimately find patients radiology results. If there are an GP’s out there with patients signed up for MHR – can you let David know so that the specialist access to MHR be further explored? Currently Ballarat Health Services is said to be exporting discharge summaries to MHR, and it is believed that in the new year, that radiology services will become “opt out” rather than the current.
