Greg Harris recovering from bike accident

A few weeks ago, I had a fall from my bike, leaving me in The Alfred Hospital for three days before a week of inpatient rehabilitation. While I am now home and continuing to improve daily, I am still a few more weeks away from returning to work. I have been overwhelmed by messages of support and best wishes, and I would like to thank all the friends and colleagues for their kind thoughts, and highly calorific snacks!

I would also like to recognise and thank my friend and colleague Dr Sachin Khullar, who has kindly found the time to fill in some sessions in my absence, including Melbourne Cup Day.

In the coming weeks, I am very fortunate to have Dr Tanusha Cardoso consulting as well. Tanusha has just completed her final exams in the Sports & Exercise Medicine training program, so now is the time when she knows everything! I have had the pleasure of working with Tanusha for several years, and she will be a fabulous addition to the team.

I hope to see you all soon.
