Jarrod Collins

Jarrod is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who began his professional career in physical education before completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. His pathway into clinical practice reflects a strong interest in human movement, learning, and the role of exercise in long-term health and function.

Through postgraduate training, Jarrod developed experience working with adults managing chronic and complex conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological presentations, persistent pain, and cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. His clinical approach has been shaped by evidence-based practice and mentoring within multidisciplinary settings.

Drawing on his background as an educator and clinician, Jarrod places strong value on clear communication, a practical approach to rehabilitation, and supporting clients to understand and engage confidently in safe, individualised exercise programs that improve function and quality of life.
