Exercise Physiology
Exercise physiology is the scientific study of how physical activity affects the body’s systems, organs, and tissues. It explores how the body responds and adapts to acute stress during exercise and chronic stress over time, focusing on using targeted, evidence-based exercise as medicine to prevent or manage disease.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in clinical exercise interventions. Rather than generic personal training, we use movement to manage and rehabilitate complex health issues.
