Ballarat OSM’s new building in Webster Street

In 2016 Ballarat OSM purchased 109 Webster Street to be our new business residence. Many people have queried when our impending move date from 707 Mair Street will be, and like with all good things they take time.

After purchasing the building, plans had to then be put in place for the amount of renovations needed to make this a working private practice, as it had been a private residence for some years.

As of today the move will not be until February/March 2019.

We will be sure to keep everyone updated on this move and until notified, consultations will still be held at 707 Mair Street.

We have however been using the rooms at 107 Webster street, next door to our new building, for some extra space for some surgeon consultations and Acute Injury Clinic and Sports Physician appointments. These rooms are open Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays and patients will be notified if they are to have a consultation there.

As we await our move we have begun looking into the history of the building at 109 Webster street – and it sure has had a few lives!

We are hoping to compile all of the history into a timeline and will have this available for people to read once we have moved into the building.
