You do not need a referral to access a physiotherapist. The Physiotherapists work collaboratively with other allied health practitioners and surgeons to achieve high quality and efficient results for clients.

Physiotherapists assess acute injuries and have a clear understanding of what is required to avoid surgery or what to do before and after surgery. Rehabilitation plans and strength and conditioning programs can be implemented to help you get back on track and to avoid further injuries.

GLA:D PROGRAM

An international education and exercise program for hip and knee osteoarthritis
GLA:D®, or Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark, is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
GLA:D® uses education and exercise to help with daily activities. You will work on strengthening your body, as well as learning to move correctly and manage symptoms to improve pain.
